Renting your property is an option you may want to take to help you generate income from your property.

There are many internet options for self managing booking, such as Villarenters and Holiday Lettings, which have superb systems set up for marketing your property, taking bookings, and receiving monies. However, if you are back in the UK, you need someone you can rely on to look after your bookings for you on the Turkish side of things. Basically, we are there for your renters.

Altinkum Rentals holiday letting services

  • Start of the season spring clean and set up. Includes full spring clean, checking that appliances are in working order, making the apartment ready for the first set of customers.
  • Inventory checks.
  • Changeover cleans between rentals.
  • Key management and hand overs.
  • Altinkum-based point of contact for any problems/issues which may arise.
  • An out of hours (emergency only) number.
  • Provision of an ‘apartment pack’, with domestic instructions, resort information, places of interest, car rentals etc.
  • End of season ‘close down’, preparing your apartment for the winter.
  • Free listing on our Altinkum Rentals website.

Our rental property management fee is 25%.

All cleaning/changeover costs are quoted on an individual basis, depending on the type/size of property you have. If you wish to go ahead, we will sit down and prepare a full rental services programme to suit your individual needs.

Long Term Rentals

There is a growing demand for longer term rentals. With a population of getting on for 50,000, there is a constant flow of newcomers looking for a place to call their home.

Although the level of income is not as high as you would get for a holiday let, it may be a good option if you were not able to visit for a longer while, and wanted a good, steady income building up from your property.

Our longer term rental service is usually for any let of three months and longer, and includes:

  • Preparation of tenancy agreement.
  • Reference checks on tenants.
  • Deposit holding.
  • Water and electric meter checks at the start and end of the tenancy.
  • Monthly property inspection for the first 3 months.
  • Inventory checks.
  • Point of contact for any maintenance problems with the property.

We always request two months rent up front, plus one month as a deposit.

Our charges are a one-off 250 lira administration fee and after that a 12% monthly fee.
