The partnership team of Yildiray Emre and Kate Ashley-Norman established its first business in Altinkum under the name 'Emre Holidays' in 2002. Having invested in its first properties and renting them out as holiday lets, they were increasingly being asked to provide assistance in purchasing properties. This led to the establishment of My Turkish Home in April 2003 in its first small office down a quiet back road in Altinkum.
March 2004 saw another office move to premises just off the main beach. By this time My Turkish Home had become one of the front runners in the local 'emlak' market - a market which has witnessed over the years the comings and goings of many one season wonders and waiters who can get the same property cheaper!

Today the company has restructured to become the agency arm of Kat Construction - a building company which is extremely discerning about the quality of its products. My Turkish Home now resides in its own purpose built office in the Aegean Plaza building not far from the Tuntas Hotel. Kate and Yildiray employ a team of six professionals to provide support and help throughout the whole process, from initial enquiry right through to maintaining your investment.
